Infected blister?

Hi, a couple days ago I was running and got huge blisters on my feet. Both have torn. The one on my left foot is making my whole foot ache and hot to the touch and I'm worried its infected. I can't go to my doctor because I was literally just there a few days ago. Is it dangerous to have an infected blister??

soak it in salt water and watch it, if it oozes and stinks see a doctor otherwise you can get some chlorhexidine anti microbial soap. This is good to have on hand anyway. It kills bacteria on contact. I've had an infected heel crack a few times, mostly it just hurt.
