a&e visit

Me again...aparently seeing a nurse wasn't enough and I decided to drag myself to a&e about my chest and leg pain thinking blood clots. 6 hours later I've had an ecgs, d dimer and chest x ray and they are all clear. Why don't I feel any better :( the pain is still bad all in my back and chest. Just don't know how I'm going to shake this scare.

If you've had tension for a while then your chest and back will feel painful, since they commonly tense up with anxiety. Try laying down on your bed and resting for a bit, sleep if you can.
