sore arms

Has anyone muscles ever felt like you were working out even though you haven't? In both my arms it feel as if I was working them out and I haven't done anything to them. I was under a high amount of anxiety and stress today as my grandmother was rushed to the hospital. I'm wondering if this could somehow relate to my sore arms.

Muscle tension is so common with anxiety so it could be that. Constant increased adrenaline levels & anxiety burn through nutrients and I think this can add to these types of problems as we see more natural inflammation that would normally be combatted by these nutrients.

Really sorry to hear about your grandmother. I hope she is ok. :hugs:

Ahhhhhhhhhh I know how you feel!!! I woke up the other day and my right arm was aching and painful, especially in my hand. Taking my klonopin seemed to help, now today both of my hands are in pain and achy. I have convinced myself this is the start of als or Ms or something terrible and I won't be here for my kids. I hate being like this.
