Hey, I just came across this forum because i thought i might try using oneto help my anxiety, it's been going mental today :weep:

I'm 26 physically. 14 mentally.

I hope this forum will help me when my hands are going all tense and my heart feels like it's popping out of my chest and i sometimes even feel like i'm gonna fall over, even when i'm not even moving :shrug:

But yeah, I hope this will occupy my mind.
