Hi I'm scared in case I could have thyroid cancer as I've been suffering with earache my voice goes croaky and I've phelm in my throat. My hair is falling out and my periods are irregular. I don't mind if I have a normal thyroid problem but terrified it's thyroid cancer. Has anyone any experience with earache and thyroid and it not cancer. Can someone help.
