A Strange one

About a month ago me and my daughter went Asda she was sick on the floor and now I will not go in Asda again I dunno y maybe it's because I will still see it in my mind again. Also every time I go sleep at night I can see it in my head :weep: I am on the waiting list for cbt but I might have to wait a long time I have been told I have to wait 50 weeks

Not a strange one at all.
You probably got a bit nervous when you daughter was sick in Asda (like everyone would). So maybe then you tought something like.. don't think about it. And of course as soon as we want to not think about it we do.
I would recommend you go back to Asda and justthinkto yourself, even if I think about, even if I am afraid nothing will happen.
