I was ill a few months ago .... i would keep getting the feeling of going to be sick when i would eat but i never was sick. Turns out i had really bad constipation. But ever since then now i can get this sick feeling, just my stomach isn't right, i no longer have constipation. I believe this is all my mind. As i hate being sick i get really emotional and takes me a while to calm my self down so now when i have the feeling i feeling like i am panicking and can't calm my self down i start to get anxious and fidgety and restless. I am just wondering if anyone can pass on some calming coping mechanisms???

Would so be grateful.

In bed .... Netflix on ..... Trying to calm down .... And ..... Fall asleep!!!

There are lots in top tips including mine which friends tell me works. (stacking)

Netfix works most of the time.
