Health anxiety and symptoms

Hey, I'm new to the forum :) just wanted some support from other people who understood. Been fixated on a certain condition for 5 months now. Never had any symptoms of it before in my life and never had even a single risk factor that could potentially cause it. But since I've started worrying I've started getting symptoms (sometimes they get more severe as my anxiety gets more severe). Do other people get this? Would love to hear other people's experiences

Hi I'm new to the site also ,It's never 1 thing with me it's a hundred Cant watch programs with illness etc..because I do the dreaded thing of goggle they symptoms then convince myself I have them ,I struggle to take any medication as I have all the side effects well at least in my mind I have xx
