Raw Cheeks

Hello. The inside of my cheeks and lips inside my mouth have been feeling VERY raw and tingly. Sometimes I open my mouth real wide to stretch everything out as it feels good temporarily. Kind of like scratching an itch. I see no visible signs of anything in my mouth. I had it looked at about 5 years ago and the doctor didn't see anything so he dismissed it. I just lived with it. It's not bad normally but at times, like now, it's worse than usual. Help please. :scared15:
