i wonder?

I feel not as paniced right now i had severe trails, and i wondered what and why, what i read was very much the symptoms I am feel, vision,left ear.why that is Im still not clear, But does alcohol have a play in this? Im not saying drunk and seeing double, just trail increase with stress?
