Nervous belly? anxiety?

Hello, this morning i was taken into hospital with my son for his breathing we are home now but since ive been home ive had the feeling you get when your nervous in my stomach, im so worried something bad is going to happen to me.. does anybody else get this feeling? i have had simular before but never this bad.. thanks

It is probably the adrenaline rushibg through your body after the shock of the hospital.
I get it in my stomach, it's not a nice feeling at all!
Do a bit of deep breathing and massage your tummy xx
