Pain behind my eye which blurs my vision slightly- is this just a sinus problem or co

I have pain above my eye in the eye area - is this just a sinus problem or something worse - it makes my eye more wet and there is pain every time I blink - of course I am worrying thatbImhave a tumour behind the eye. Also my sight is blurry a little in this eye. Can anyone help,please - very worried

I get pain sometimes behind my left eye and pressure side of head with sinus congestion.. I don't have Hay fever but suffer with sinus congestion.I have various symptoms alongside it
