hey all
I'm a massive hypochondriac for 5 months now and I've been worrying about so many things. I noticed I have some white dots on my gums and they have been there for a while. There I no pain whatsoever and I wouldn't have found them if I wasn't suffering from hypochondria. Is it normal to have white dots on the gums? I don't smoke and I'm 17 years old. Am I being paranoid for the 20th time?

White spots on the gums and inner mouth are almost always caused by irritation. You're a non-smoking 17 year old, no, you don't have oral cancer.

There is also the possibility of thrush.

You are fine 17 and not a smoker. It could just be basic anatomy.
