low heart rate

I've recently noticed a red patch on the bridge on my foot. My leg has been hurting a little. I'm quite panicky about it but my heart rate seems really low even for me and my chest feels strange. I literally had a d dimer test for blood clots and chest xray last week both of which were fine. Am I overreacting?

Being that you were at the hospital last week and everything was good, I'd say yes, you're overreacting.

I doubt it very much. I am no expert on heart rate function with prozac though other SSRI'S do seem to have side effects but not heart rate generally.
