i got my first ever wisdom tooth out and it went really, really well!
except for the fact that i can't get the stupid thing to stop bleeding? it's been 8 hours and it's still going strong. i've been using gauze the whole time, i tried a tea bag and it didn't make any difference.
i just want to eat and go to sleep. but i'm scared to eat anything because even drinking water just tastes like nasty blood, and i'm afraid to sleep because i don't want to choke on the blood or something.
pleeeease somebody tell me what i'm doing wrong? i have the gauze over the extraction site and i'm biting down firmly but not no much that it's awkward or painful. i can't go to the dentist's because they're closed now.
