hi, I'm A 17 year old non smoker and about 5 days ago my tummy and back started hurting at the same time. Two days after I got the pains I realised I have a common cold. I'm worried about pancreatic cancer but I know that it might be related to the cold right? I'm not jaundice and my appetite is A okay.
