3rd Generation Anxiety Sufferer

Hi

New to all this. Third generation anxiety sufferer (my Mum and Nan are the same).

Currently have an asbestos anxiety relating past accidental exposures at work.

Have seen my GP but no medication.

On the roundabout but can't get off.

Anxiety is not genetic, it is learned. You can not use that as a reason. You will have picked up a predisposition to panic from close association. You can get rid of it.
