Hi guys! It was suggested that I come to this forum because I will be trying to come off of clonazepam after using it for 10 years. It's been the life saver for me with extreme panic attacks. Now I am being talked into weaning off it. I agree with the physicians that I should come off of it. I'm seeing a therapist as well to try and nip this anxiety with CBT. I've tried CBT before, but couldn't come off clonazepam then. Maybe this time I can do it. I'm gonna need support. Anybody wanna share their experiences, feel free. Thank you in advance!
