The only anxiety symptom of late has been whenever I stand up I feel like the ground is shaking or as though I'm
Falling. I've been tested for vertigo and the doctor said it wasn't. The sensation isn't just there when I'm anxious it happens randomly and at any time. Never when sitting and always when standing! I'm on sertraline incase that makes any difference and this is approaching the end of week 6

i most certainly get spaced out sensation when anxiety is at its peak like everything is all wide and shakey and focus on every sound and movement feels like auto pilot
