View Full Version : Terrible feeling post workout

Hello everyone,

I did some intense cardio for about an hour, which i usually do on a daily basis. Usually 15 minutes on the bowflex tread climber and 45 minutes doing zumba.

Today after my workout, I started getting a headache in my forehead, as well as a slightly dizzy and out of it feeling. Almost like I was about to pass out. This has happened to me before, but not too many times.

I decided to drink a glass of chocolate milk and the sensation went away quickly, except the headache is still here.

So worried about fainting the next time I work out :( is this something seriously wrong?

Did you eat and drink before your workout? I know if I don't eat or drink before I exercise I get very dizzy and get a headache as well. I really don't think anything is wrong, you may have just not had enough energy or been dehydrated.

This happens, Jenn. Just stay hydrated and eat.

Taking a supplement prior to and/or afterwards can help with this too like a protein shake.

Don't let it stop you, your anxiety will try to make it into an issue if it can.
