I'm feeling some very weird symptoms. No pain thankfully, but all day I've been feeling this weird sensation in my chest. Its hard to describe but the best way I can think to describe it is either if I had been yawning continuously for hours (I haven't been yawning) or if I've been flexing a muscle in there for hours and now it feels weak.
It got worse just now when my mom got home with crockeries. I went out to help and the hyperventilation/weakness sensation from inside my chest extended out into both my arms.
It's not painfully at all, but it just feels so incredibly weird that it has me very scared. Any feedback would be sincerely appreciated.
