GF usually manages dates, and she was like, oh they're in date!

It's sunday, hadn't checked the date thought it was the 27th which was on the package.

I ate them and then had almost immediate diarrhea!

THREE TIMES!

I then googled it and discovered TOXINS!

Toxins that develop in the fish after time, or has it to begin with and can't be killed by cooking!

Now I'm really scared as it can lead to death!

If you ate them after a "Use By" date, then this is the safety date but some foods are still safe after this date but you have to be very careful. Use By dates should be adhered to with shellfish.

Prawns can give you food poisoning so if the diarrhea continues it would best to seek the advice of a GP or 111.

But you won't die you will only have a upset stomach and I'm sure your be ok now
