Hi all,

I am a newbie.

I have suffered from anxiety since around the time when I was at primary school. My anxiety has taken different forms so hopefully I can find the right folder to post in.

I didn't really realise that is was anxiety until about two years ago and so all this time I thought I was going mad.

I will go away now and typ up my first post - I have a lot to write down! :)

I hope that I can be some help towards other members of the forum as well.
