Cannot sleep due to irritable feet

Hi, who suffers with the same and what do you do that helps
I feel so tired but just cannot sleep because my feet feel so hot and
irritable

Restless leg syndrome... very common. It always starts with my feet. My cure is to get out of bed and sit with my feet on ice packs . weird I know but it seems to cool my feet and stop the nerve endings jangling.

Hi Manda, I get the burning hot feet too plus restless legs. They can really interrupt with sleep. With my burning feet I sometimes make a cool footpath and have a soak for a while or just go stand on cool tiles for a while. With restless legs sometimes exercise helps or if I'm tired and I can have a nap that helps. I hope some of that helps. Leah ��

I get a kind of twitching in my legs that starts around my knees - always when I'm half asleep :-(
