something stuck below left rib

For a while now i keep getting a feeling worse wen i eat like something is getting stuck below left rib its so uncomfortable and dont really wanna eat cos i worry as to what the feeling is..

My docc said the usual ibs but its seriously getting me down now i have phobia of vomiting so when get feeling below rib i think all food gonna come back up again

Not painfull really beckie4567 more just a discomfort like a pinching feeling and it's stuck worse wen I eat x
