My Human Biology Coursework

For my AS Level Human Biology Coursework I have chosen to do an essay on "What is anxiety and how does it affect the human body?"

Any personal stories, websites, books or journals [like newspapers e.g. "New Scientist"] known are welcome as I need as much research as possible as well as my own knowledge as a sufferer myself.

Thanks in advance. It's greatly appreciated. I have to get this essay in by next Friday [10th February] and I plan on writing it this coming Sunday.
