Thats over with thankfully!!

Well it was a pretty intense morning of anxiety and panic pretty much from waking up this morning!

The results came back from my head CT scan. The hospital were amazing! they promised to get the images emailed to the consultant last night and the results back to my GP today. True to their word, the results were back with my GP by 11.30am, they even called to tell me!

Eventually got hold of GP at 2.00pm and and got the news I was praying for, all clear!

Feeling massively relieved, but having to deal with the come down of high anxiety, the awful feeling of derealism. Anyone else experience this on the comedown from high end panic?

Its a dream like feeling, almost as if you arent part of whats going on around you, looking through glass maybe?

Thats exactly it lol, o you experience on the come down from high anxiety/panic?

yeah - for me it can last days though, its awful. Its almost like I have a 'cloudy head' ... in regards to my thought process anyway.

Luckily mine rarely last more than a couple of hours, but its a horrible feeling :(
