Hope it's sunny where you are :)
I've been on Escitalopram for 3 weeks for depression and OCD. I had some nausea and I couldn't stop yawning but that subsided after about a week.
Over the last few nights I've had some really vivid nightmares and now I'm really struggling to stay awake. I know these are fairly common side effects, but I'm surprised they've started 3 weeks into the medication.
I can deal with the nightmares but can anyone suggest anything to help combat the tiredness? Any ideas how long it'll take to pass or is it a case of how long's a piece of string?
