new girl worried about temple pain :/

I grind its nothing new, I had a pain in my left temple months ago that lasted half a second it happened maybe four/five times on three months but yesterday morning I woke with it and still have it as I type. Its a sharpe ache right in my left temple, ive had issues my teeth for years they were most likely what started my anxiety as a result I grind and clench I have a mouth guard and know my relaxation techniques for my jaw I also have the sensastion my jaw and gums are swollen. Im pretty much fed up with always feeling ill tbh. Anyone who has had a sharp ache like this let me know any info please.
