anyone take b-vitamins?

do you feel better, less anxiety for taken b-vits?

Hi Dave,
I take Vitamin B6 100mg every day from Holland and Barrett mainly to help with PMT related anxiety and it's helped me greatly-not that that will be much use to you! However, I do believe Vitamin B is used in natural anxiety rememdies like Kalms.
