please help me! are these anxiety symptoms?

I'm on antibiotics for a uti and I've been feeling shaky, my throat is tight and my mouth is really dry. I sometimes get like this when I have anxiety so I'm not sure if its anxiety or side effects from the antibiotics :( I don't know what to do, the more I worry the worse it gets, I can't relax

What you describe does sound exactly like the symptoms of anxiety. Antibiotics can give you a dry mouth and throat which is probably worsening your feelings of anxiety. I hope you are feeling better this morning. I know when I'm ill with anything in general my anxiety seems to worsen even if I'm not worried about my health.
