Hi all, I'm just wondering if anyone could give me some advice on increasing my medication dose? I have been on 5mg of Cipralex for over a year now and looking to increase up to 10mg (I'm going to be taking 5mg one day, 10mg then next for the first week or so)
As with anxiety I am feeling quite nervous about increasing. I didn't really have any side effects starting 5mg but I know that's quite a low dose. I'm really concerned that when I take the 10mg I'm going to get all the side effects in the book!
What was your experience increasing a drug you have been on for a while?
Is it much easier to increase when you have already been on that medication for a while (in my case over a year) or is it like starting again?
I have the 10mg ready to take but have put it off for a week already :unsure::unsure::unsure:
