So short story.
I've been suffering from OCD and anxiety and depression along with DPDR for some time.
OCD seems to cause my depression and anxiety thus causing DPDR.
But I have another strange feeling with me. Like a feeling of hopelessness and terror and really bad anxiety.
My OCD thoughts are quite severe, but i slowly fight them.
Sometimes when they come and I perform compulsions, this feeling of being not like myself and different comes.
It is really hard to explain, but I have constant anxiety and feeling alien and not like myself. Also hopelessness, like there is no way out.
It's not really DPDR too, as it's not present all the time, only when I am really anxious and from my knowledge, DPDR has never caused me such sympthoms.
