people. hope you are all ok :D

After last week's episode of my mar and par being away for a couple of days, my knee joints are really aching ... does anyone else suffer from this or recommend anything?

hello there,

I do get aches and pains in my joints but never have done in my knees. It has normally always been after a stressful time as seems to be the case with you. My pains have always just gone away by themselves so have no real advice...sorry...

Sarah :D

Hi,

If you do have regular trouble with your joints try some omega 3 or 6 or glucosamine/chondroitin .
