Hi can anyone help .iv got lumps on both side of my tongue at the bk and am starting to worry about um .has anyone else got um thanks

This is commons when you retain fluids. Your tongue retains fluid just like the rest of your body and gets scalloped when pressed against your teeth. It can be an indicator of thyroid disfunction so you may want to get your thyroid levels checked. Other than that, drink more water to pass retained fluids.
They are the same colour as my tongue and in the sides of it both sides

I would get a dentist to have a look - they may be normal!
Iv bin doctors this morning and he dont think they are anything. But me bein me am still worried sick

Send it look like iv got thrush to
Iv had a tooth out at the end of may and now this with the lumps and slaerin my words since havin the tooth out is that nomal
I have loads. Dentist sent me to the hospital as I worried so much.
Turns out I have a heavy bite and they were long term bite marks from sleeping and biting.

Hi Nicola, not sure if you will even still need to know this but don't worry!!! I have them too. Everyone does. They are your taste buds! They are right at the back of your tongue on both sides. Normally you wouldn't see then unless you poke your tongue right out as far as you can. Honestly. Nothing to worry about :D xx
