New here agoraphobia related

Hi my gp recommended this site to me as I had a bad time last week and asked for some more help. I started getting panic attacks 5 years ago and gradually stopped going out due to them as I feel the need to wee when have an attack. I had cbt years ago and have been on 20mg of citalopram for about 3 years this was just upped to 40mg a few days ago. Any help, advice etc anyone has that's been in a similar situation is appreciated.
