Feel like I'm going to die soon.

Ever since I moved back to Indiana from Michigan I've been feeling this incredible sense of impending doom, like as if I'm going to die soon or something is going to happen soon. It's being amplified by all the physical symptoms I've been having, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, weakness etc. Then, I hung out with an ex girlfriend of mine and as she left we hugged and I felt like, for some reason, that'll be the last time I see her. Then, my friend dropped me off at home and said "well it was nice knowing you, Joey." I asked "Why do you say that?" and she said "I dunno I just feel like you were gonna die or something. My mind's a bit morbid recently." It's seriously freaking me out, does anyone have any insight on this? Or have had these experiences happen before?

They're just suggestions "am I going to die soon or something ?"

Having a suggestion doesn't mean there's any truth in them.

Suggest more confidence, positivity inspiring suggestions to yourself and show yourself you can fight back. Watch the negative suggestion shrink and then stamp on it.

"Maybe this is the start of something wonderful"
"Maybe I'm about to have an incredible year"

"Well it was nice knowing you Joey"
Maybe some people say stupid things ? :)
