Just wanted to say I've been doing yoga nearly everyday for 2 months and it's improved my depressive thoughts and my anxiety. I have all different types of anxiety but it all started with social anxiety. And I feel like I want to socialise with people allot more now which is good. I don't get as nervous either before going to meet someone or if I know I'm going to talk to someone new. The yoga must be doing something :). Hopefully I will see more improvement just wanted to put it on here and say to whoever reads this please try it if u are having a hard time x

Yes it's very good. People who do meditation or yoga seem to be genuinely more calm. I also lost my bank card the other day.. And usually I would totally stress out and I didn't stress at all about it lol. I've noticed with other little things too I'm not stressing as much a lot of the time. U have to keep doing it though otherwise the benefits don't stay. Like I would do yoga for a few weeks before and then stop and I did that on and off for 2 years. But now I have realised I need to keep it apart of my life for stress relief and depression. Glad it has helped u too also xxx

do you go to a class ? I would love to do it, but have no one to go with & would panic on my own

No I don't even go to a class Hun! I have a book I do it from :) and there's loads of videos on YouTube too! Please give it a try, after a month I felt a difference and the longer u keep doing it the better u will feel xx

I love yoga also it's good for so many different things! I used to go to a class but now I mainly do it myself and from you tube channels. Once you get into it you can do it whenever and fit it into your day!

Yes it's very good for alsorts and yeah it's good there's so many videos online

Thanks I will look on youtube, I used to go to a class years ago, so remember bits of it, I still have my mat so will have to give it a try, thanks

I have been meaning to get into yoga for ages! I feel like it could help me clear up my poor, anxious little head. I know that there are some classes downtown in my area.
