Hey guys, not sure if this is the right place, but wasn't sure where else to go.

I've recently become intimate with a girl I really like. We've waited a while before trying to have sex until now.

I've had bad experiences in the past and not performed very well. I've been hard and then as soon as I move in to penetrate i go limp, this happens a lot and I think it's down to the anxiety of performing well.

I tried 3 times last night, 1 time it went really well and I finished. The other 2 times it didn't happen, I was really hard, then when I knew it was going to happen I went soft. The other time I was really hard and then managed to penetrate but about half way through it went soft.

It's really affecting me and I'd like to get pointed in the direction of somewhere that will help, I've talked it through with her and she isn't bothered by it, so this helps, and I'm sure after a few more tries it will get better.

Just looking for some help or advice really, anything you can give will be awesome.

Thanks.

You could buy Cialis and take like 2.5mg which is 1/8 of a pill...it will help you initially and it's very low dosage so it won't hurt you.

I am aware that I am a woman but being a married woman and having boyfriends in the past it's obvious that the more thought and concentration you put into performing the more the mood just disappears. Talk to your girlfriend (talking is fundamental in relationships!) about how your anxiety affects your performance and explain that it is difficult. If she is understanding she will not mind. Try not to worry so much about the performance per say and focus on the time you and your girlfriend have together. Spontaneity helps too.
