Well today I woke up anxious as usual, felt like I was gonna go in to a full blown panic attack. I went to get my nails done because it had been a long time because I was afraid I'd experience all my symptoms like I had in the past .. I thought if I went I would be facing my fears but let me tell you it was the worst! Having someone doing your nails while your legs are jello and hands and lips are numb.. All the while feeling dizzy.I had to take a Xanax before I got the heck outta there. I hate having to take these pills everyday:( if the Zoloft was actually working I wouldn't need to:( is there anyone else out there that is on an antidepressant but still has anxiety everyday and panic attacks?!
