2lb really isn't anything to worry about - my weight can fluctuate by 2lb between the morning and the evening!

Even if you're eating rubbish, you're not necessarily eating enough calories to put on or maintain weight, really, it's nothing to be concerned about, you need to work on the anxiety behind this, your Dr would run tests if he was worried.

My therapist told me that weight loss is usually in terminal stages of illness, when you would have a lot more symptoms not just weight loss, and it should be really significant weight loss, no matter what you ate.

Nothing to worry about

2lb is absolutely nothing. My weight has changed by 5-6lb in a few days in the past and I'm very underweight anyway. Focus on eating healthy rather than the number on the scale.
