Nasal lump on cartlidge

Few days ago i felt my nose get really sore and found a lump inside my right nostril on the cartlidge. I remember having it years ago and thought it was a spot and tried to pop it lol.

Anyone had anything similar as youll probably guess what im thinking it is!
