Blood on tissue after wiping

Today I have had blood on tissue after wiping from the toilet, the stool itself is fine no blood and normal colour, the first wipe has either been poop with slight bright red blood or just right red blood, then the next wiples will be a bit more blood and then just dots/traces of blood. After it feels a little sore and slight itchy.

Should I be worried? I have had it before but was worried as sometimes the first wipe would be a mix of light blood and poop. But its not in the stool in the toilet.

Lol I had this . Today too lol it's fine don't worry it does feel sore for about 1 hour then it's fine lol

It could easily be piles. They can be sore & itchy. You may also notice some mucus in the toilet with these and feeling like fluid is leaking into your underwear.

Your GP can do a quick examination to check for internal or external piles.

They are common if you strain a lot or lift weights.

Look towards a healthy high fibre diet (consider other conditions if you have them though if high fibre or certain types of fibre impact on them) and you can try various things for them if needed. Your GP can always prescribe stronger treatments.

Piles. Or you can have stratched yourself going a poop.

Ok it sounds to me like you have hameroids, when i had this i googled and thought I had cancer for a whole day and when i finally went to the docs he said it was just piles. Since you are itching this pretty much confirms it. If the blood is a bright red colour then that means its piles. Go do the doctors anyway just for a peace of mind. Dont be embarrassed they see this sort of stuff every working day.
