Tingling in right shoulder blade

As of this morning I got sort of tingling/burning sensation in right shoulder blade. It's more of tingling. It comes and goes every few seconds and moves from front to back of shoulder.

It really scares me since I never had anything like this.

Ive had that before. I also get tingling that goes up and over scalp.

I get this from irritated neck nerves asn they go up into head and down into shoulders. I have constant itch on right shoulder blade thats due to trapped nerve in my neck.

As tension can tense up neck nerves you don't need to have anything wrong with your neck for this to happen plus anxiety can produce weird skin sensations anyway!

I had before tingling in foot thumb but it was more of a vibration, this is smth in between of tingling and burning, or it's just how tingling is supposed to feel, don't know.

Now my right shoulder started twitching like crazy...I mean twitching like something wants to pop out of there...

This is getting funny even for me :)
