Freaking out!!

I have bad health anxiety always worrying about myself! Today's worry is I can feel a small bony lump in the middle of my neck (front on my throat) it's been 6 days and all I do is google and poke at it until it feels sore! I can't stop thinking the worst... :-( anyone experienced small bony lump??

Is it like a grisly/boney spur on the centre of your voice box that moves when you swallow? If so, that's normal.

When your poking it too it hurts, is it only hurting to touch, or have you got to the point were it aches without you poking?

No it's just above that spot you are talking about...
I wouldn't even know it was there but I've been poking it for 6 days now it's become tender!!
I'll try post another photo..

Mainly feels tender to touch cause I poke at it 24/7! :scared15:

So you can't feel it and it's not causing any symptoms when your not poking it?

If that's the case... stop poking, it's normal ;p

I can feel the bony lump if I poke it but if u don't touch it it's fine I think cause I know there's a lump there makes it worse
