I know a group, though it called "Social anxiety meetup" and as you said, you have mainly health anxiety. I'm not sure what that is, maybe it fits you too?

Anyway, there is a meetup.com you go and find Lincolnshire social anxiety group.
I won't tell nothing about meetups - never dared to visit one, but still planning to do it one day...
