In a bad way at the moment.
Got a bit of sciatica. That not too bad.
But I have got severe pain in my middle to upper back.
I am not eating or sleeping.
The doc said it is muscle spasms. Given me tramodol and Valium to relax me.
I have had a stressful two weeks.
I think it has tipped me over the edge. I can't handle pain at the moment.
I have got depression and severe anxiety.
Has anyone else suffered from back pain?
