View Full Version : advice on guided meditation cd's

Hello, I am new to this group but not new to Panic, I have tried guided meditation cd's in the past with breathing exercises but gave up, panic is strong now and need to rethink the cd's.. has anyone had good luck with a certain one? there are so many out . Thanks. Shell

I have created a thread of Mindfulness resources if you follow the link in my signature. Most of them are free downloads and there are quite a few to try out.

The Mark Williams course ones are good and easy to follow. Mindfulness of Breath is only one element of courses so there are other ones you can try too that include object handling, movement, even eating!!! Some such as Loving-Kindness can be included but are a compassion meditation school of their own really more aimed at directing compassionate thoughts to people and yourself.
