Hi.. I am 18 and noticed recently that a lump at the back of my neck to left line directly on my hairline has gotten a bit bigger in that it can now be felt at all angles, where before I needed to tilt my head to the right to feel it. It now also hurts a bit to the touch, where before it didnt hurt at all. I am prone to acne so that could be it, but Im not sure.. anybody else have something similar? Super panicked right now
