Hi there :)
I am new at this (and English is not even my nature language as you soon will understand).
I am about to increase my Effexor treatment from 75 mg to 150mg and wonder if the following plan is OK;
I usually take my 75 mg before bedtime - at 10. Today I took pill no 2 for the first time - at 1630 (guess that is 430 pm). That is 17.5 hours between the two pills. Can I continue with 17 - then 16 - then 15 hours until I end up taking them with 12 hours between?
This to try and prevent the horrible side effects I had when I started the treatment.
